Stationery Terms & Conditions
Hey there! Before we get started, please take a moment to read through these terms and conditions. Making a purchase, accepting our proposal or quote means you're good to go with everything outlined below.
Copyright
All designs on this site belong exclusively to Anchored In Ink and are protected by copyright. Reproducing them in any way without permission is a no-go and will be pursued.
We reserve the right to showcase any work we create for marketing purposes, unless you let us know otherwise before making your deposit. This means your design could appear as samples, in print, on social media, or in our online gallery.
Copyright Permission
If your project includes hymns, venue logos, or other copyrighted material, it's your responsibility to get permission to use them.
Payment
Full payment is required before we begin creating and emailing your artwork for approval. Payments can be made via direct debit:

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Quantity
We have a minimum quantity for each item. If you need fewer, let us know—we can provide a custom quote based on your requirements.
Supplying Your Event Details
Once your order is confirmed with payment, you can email us your wording. While we’re happy to adjust text to suit your taste, the amount of text must fit within the design and is subject to approval.
After you approve your artwork proof, we’ll ask you for your guest list. You can download a spreadsheet template from our resources sections on our website to fill out and return, ensuring everything is accurate.
Colours
Colours may appear slightly different on screens due to monitor variations. We work with top Australian printers using advanced technology to ensure the best quality.
Keep in mind, colours may vary slightly between print runs. To ensure consistency, we recommend printing all your items at the same time. For exact colour matching, we can quote on off-set printing with a Pantone (PMS) colour match.
Fonts
Each design is paired with fonts that perfectly suit its theme. We use licensed fonts and do not disclose font names to protect our designs. If you’d like a different font, we’ll guide you through suitable alternatives.
Map Illustration
Want a custom map in your design? Send us a screenshot or link of your venue’s map, along with any landmarks or details you’d like included. Map illustrations are a custom design service and incur an additional fee.
Custom Design
Got a unique idea? Let’s bring it to life! Custom designs include a design fee and printing costs. This fee covers design time only and does not include finished artwork files unless agreed upon in advance.
You’re entitled to two rounds of revisions on custom designs. Additional revisions are $50 per round. To avoid extra costs, provide a clear brief with as much detail as possible from the start!
Proofing
You’ll receive a digital proof for review. Carefully check for any errors or changes you'd like, and let us know during the first two rounds of revisions. Once you approve, your design will be sent to print.
If errors are noticed after approval, we’ll reprint at your expense. However, if the error differs from your approved proof, we’ll correct it and cover reprinting costs.
Timing & Delivery
- Proofs: 1 week after order confirmation.
- Printing & Delivery: 2–3 weeks after proof approval, depending on the printing method.
- Rush Orders: Let us know, and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline. Rush order come with a rush fee.
Delivery Costs (Australia):
- Invitations: $25 flat rate.
- Large signage: $35.
International customers, please email us for a custom delivery quote.
Cancellations/Refunds
As everything is made to order, we don’t offer refunds. Please choose carefully before confirming your order.
Loss or Damage
While we take great care to package your items, we can’t be held responsible for loss or damage during transit. A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your order’s journey.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid until their expiration date, so be sure to place your order before then.
Stock Availability
Orders depend on material availability. If there’s a supply issue, we’ll let you know and work with you to find an alternative.

Returns & Refunds
All of our products are custom-designed, so once we’ve started the magic (following your approval and payment), refunds aren’t possible.

When you engage our design services:
